Abstract: Vessels and dealers participating in the golden crab fishery in the Atlantic Ocean off the southeast coast of the United States will be required to obtain permits. Vessel permit applicants denied a permit because of insufficient evidence of prior participation in this fishery will also have the right to appeal that denial.
