This collection is approved through 9/97 on the following condition. ACF shall develop an information collection plan for the implementation of Welfare Reform. The plan shall specify which existing information collections under both AFDC and JOBS will need to be deleted, revised, or created to meet the new statutory requirements. The plan shall also include a timetable for completion of each activity. ACF shall present a draft of this plan to OMB by 11/1/96. In addition, prior to use of this form under the current fiscal year, ACF agrees to revise the typographical errors on page 2 of the instructions. Specifically ACF shall add the word the to the first sentence and shall add a decimal place to the first number in the example under Rounding Amounts. The changes shall be sent immediately to amend the file.
