Abstract: RUS proposes to revise its regulations on distance learning and telemedicine grant program that would provide grants for distance learning and telemedicine-like projects benefiting rural areas. The regulation would revise RUS methods for reviewing and scoring grant applications. This proposed rule would make it easier for rural communities to apply for a grant.
