Abstract: PBGC needs information about the quality of the service it gives persons in the PBGC premium payment process (plan sponsors, plan administrators, and plan consultants). The information is used to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of its programs and to design actions to address identified problems. The affected public is 75 persons representing the 57,000 plans subject to PBGC premiums.
