Abstract: This submission requests the revision of the Northeast Region Permit Family of Forms to include permits to be issued to fishers, operators, and dealers in the Atlantic mackerel, squid, and butterfish fisheries. This action is taken pursuant to the regulations proposed in amendment 5 to those fisheries' fishery management plan.
