THE AGENCY SERVES REAL ESTATE SECURITY IN A MANNER THAT WILL BEST ACCOMPLISH THE LOAN OBJECTIVES AND PROTECTS THE GOVERNMENT'S FINANCIAL INTEREST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SECURITY INSTRUMENTS AND RELATED AGREEMENTS, INCLUDING ANY AUTHORIZED MODIFICATION AND PROVISIONS OF THIS REGULATION.
