THIS REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR PROVIDING MANAGEMENT ADVICE TO FARMER PROGRAM LOAN APPLICANTS AND BORROWERS. FORM FMHA 431-2 IS BEING REVISED TO PROVIDE CLARITY, FORMS 432-1 AND 432-2 ARE ALSO BEING REVISED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE TAX RECORDKEEPING INFORMATION NEEDED BY FMHA AND OTHER LENDERS FOR LOAN MAKING AND SERVICING.
