Abstract: ICM person interview resulted in an unexpectedly high noninterview rate for estimation purposes. The validity of the estimates are thereby dependent upon the effectiveness of the noninterview adjustment. The ICM follow-up questionnaire will be used to obtain information which will allow us to evaluate the effectiveness of the noninterview adjustment.
