This information collection request addresses the recordkeeping and reporting burden to the Federal Government, industry respondents, and State and local agencies subject to preconstruction review and permitting requirements under 40 CFR 51 and 52 and the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990. Burden estimates are calculated for the 3-year period beginning January 1996 and ending January 1999.
