Abstract: The "900" Number Rule establishes requirements for disclosures to consumers of cost and other material information before 900 number usage, and of adequate billing information and dispute procedures after 900 number usage. The Rule also requires any common carrier who provides telecommunication services to a provider of pay-per-call services to provide the FTC with records relating to the arrangement.
