This collection is approved as amended by ED's memoranda of 4/21/95 and 5/1/95. While ED was limited in making substantial revisions in the survey since a number of countries have already begun testing, ED agrees to consider all of OMB's original comments before the survey is finalized and before any additional tests are piloted and will make the requested changes, or ED will provide sufficient justification as to why the changes have not been made.

THIS STUDY IS BEING CONDUCTED TO TEST THE RELIABILITY OF A STUDENT TEST DEVELOPED BY THE ORGANIZATION FOR ECONOMIC COOPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT (OECD).
