CNCS has agreed to provide OMB with the complete universe data on community partners, and how that data relates to the sample drawn from that universe based on the sampling scheme agreed to in its 3/14/95 memorandum, prior to survey mail-out. Burden has been increased slightly from CNCS' request to account for the revised sampling scheme, which will increase the utility of the data.

THE ANNUAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS SURVEY MEETS THE LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT UNDER P.L. 103-82 TO PROVIDE CONGRESS WITH AN ANNUAL SUMMARY OF LEARN AND SERVE AMERICA: HIGHER EDUCATION PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS, AND THE COMMUNITY IMPACT SURVEY MEETS THE LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT TO ASSESS EFFECTS OF LEARN AND SERVE UPON SERVICE RECIPIENTS.
