Abstract: ADEQUATE CASE MAINTENANCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR ESTABLISHING THE LEGAL DEBT. THE DSR SHOULD ATTEMPT TO OBTAIN A WRITTEN REPAYMENT AGREEMENT. THE WRITTEN REPAYMENT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT NOTE, WHENEVER POSSIBLE, TO BE FILED IN THE CLAIM BINDER.
