Abstract: THE END-USE CERTIFICATE PROGRAM IS BEING DESIGNED TO ENSURE THAT CANADA DOES NOT BENEFIT FROM U.S. EXPORT PROGRAMS FOR CANADIAN WHEAT. TO COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE NORTH AMERICAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT IMPLEMENTATION ACT, CFSA IS REQUIRING INFORMATION FROM THE IMPORTERS, SUBSEQUENT BUYERS, EXPORTERS, AND END-USERS.
