Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by DOL's memoranda to OMB of 3/14/95 and 3/23/95. DOL shall use all available resources to link this capacity building survey and related activities to improved outcomes for customers of the subject programs, especially those governed by DOL (JTPA, UI, ES). Any request for additional resources to be used in capacity building activities based on this data collection shall follow on an agreement between DOL and OMB that the results and link to improved outcomes justify such additional expenditures.
