Abstract: REGULATIONS IMPLEMENT THE ORGANIC ACT (7 U.S.C. 147A) AND IDENTIFY ARTICLES COVERED AND PROVIDE FOR WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR INSPECTION OF PLANTS AND PLANT PRODUCTS OFFERED FOR EXPORT.
