THE APPLICATION TO NOAA IS, BY STATUTE, ALSO AN APPLICATION F ALL OTHER FEDERAL LICENSES, PERMITS, AND AUTHORIZATIONS REQUIRED. THE REGULATIONS SPECIFY WHAT INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR THESE PURPOSES.
