Abstract: THE CENSUS BUREAU IS PLANNING TO UPDATE ITS ADDRESS LIST IN CONJUNCTIO WITH THE 1995 CENSUS TEST. THIS UPDATE/LEAVE OPERATION WILL REQUIRE CENSUS ENUMERATORS TO GO DOOR-TO-DOOR UPDATING AN ADDRESS LIST THAT WA COMPILED DURING THE PRELIST OPERATION (NOVEMBER 1994) AND LEAVE A BLANK CENSUS QUESTIONNAIRE.
