Abstract: MARKETS, MODERNIZATION, AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS, FOOD MARKETI SYSTEM' DATA WILL BE USED TO HELP LOCAL DECISION MAKERS PLAN AND DEVELOP NEW FARMERS' MARKETS AND MODERNIZE OPERATIONS AT EXISTING CENTERS.
