Abstract: THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO FULFILL EXPORT CONTROL AGREEMENTS WITH TH 25-NATION AUSTRALIA GROUP FOR THE PREVENTION AND SPREAD OF CHEMICAL WEAPONS. THE DATA WILL BE USED TO ENSURE THAT U.S. EXPORTS DO NOT EXCEED THE ALLOWABLE LIMIT AND DO NOT CONTRIBUTE TO CHEMICAL WEAPON ACTIVITIES. U.S. EXPORTERS WILL BE AFFECTED.
