Abstract: LOW DOC PROGRAM IS AIMED AT MAKING CREDIT AVAILABLE, WHILE REDUCING THE PAPERWORK BURDEN ON BOTH THE BORROWER AND THE LENDER. IN KEEPING WITH THE MISSION OF THE SBA TO ASSIST SMALL BUSINESSES TO ACCESS THE CREDIT MARKET, A STREAMLINED APPLICATION WAS DESIGNED. THIS SURVEY AIMS TO ASSESS AND ADJUST THE FORM AND PROCEDURE AS NEEDED.
