Approved as amended by DOL's 10/14/94 memorandum to OMB. OMB notes th DOL did not continue the revisions made during the previous clearance this letter as agreed based on DOL/s 8/7/92 memorandum to OMB. Includ in these revisions was eliminating the request for four copies of the State proposal, since DOL did not demonstrate the special circumstance required to vary from the standards in 1320.6. DOL has already sent the program letter with this request prior to the 9/30/94 expiration date of the previous clearance; accordingly, this action violated the PRA regulations. If States must provide reports up to th surrent expiration date of 9/95, DOL shall inform these States that on an original and two copies are required.
