Terms of Clearance: This clearance is approved according to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 and 5 USC 1320 through January 1996. The Bureau of the Census wi submit a report to OMB giving the preliminary response rate achieved b the 1995 Continuous Measurement (CM) test, reporting the operations which were successful, and those that had problems of implementation. This report should be submitted to OMB by August 1995 or before the clearance of the 1996 CM test is submitted.

Abstract: THE CONTINUOUS MEASUREMENT SYSTEM RANDOM DIGIT DIALING TEST WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE A DESIGN TO CONTINUOUSLY MEASURE LONG-FORM CENSUS DATA BY INTERVIEWING APPROXIMATELY 2,000 HOUSEHOLDS EACH MONTH FOR 14 MONTHS.
