Abstract: THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS SEEKS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY, TIMELINESS, AND EFFECTIVENESS OF ITS SERVICES TO VETERANS AND THEIR BENEFICIARIES.
