Abstract: EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING PROGRAMS, JOB TRAINING PARTNERSHIP ACT, PROGRA MANAGEMENT. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO ASSESS FORMULA PROGRAMS UNDER TITLE III OF JTPA AS AMENDED.
