Approved as amended by DOL's 9/27/94 memorandum to OMB. In addition, DOL has agreed to meet the following conditions: -- This document is approved as a pilot test for reporting of participant-level data through automated means in the Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker program. Participation in this pilot test is voluntary, and respondents who coose to participate in the pilot test will not be required to report information on the currently approved program reports for this program (OMB# 1205-0215). -- DOL shall implement mandatory use of this system by the end of calendar year 1995, and shall eliminate the current program report at that time. If needed, DOL will submit an inventory correction workshe to increase the burden when full implementation is achieved. Any revisions to the form will be submitted for full PRA clearance. --- DOL shall assess incorporation of additional data elements on education and skill attainment into the Title II SPIR (OMB# 1205-0321) based on the results of this pilot test (and that of the INA participa data system, which is also being pilot-tested on the same time frame). DOL shall submit any resulting revisions to the SPIR for PRA review as soon as possible.
