Abstract: THE REGULATION PROVIDES THE SYSTEM OF ACCOUNTS TO BE USED BY REA ELECTRIC BORROWERS. THE REGULATION PROVIDES CONSISTENCY AND COMPARABILITY OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION BY GIVING THE UNDERLYING ACCOUNTING METHODOLOGIES EMPLOYED BY BORROWERS THAT MUST BE CONSISTENT WITH THOSE OF THE ELECTRIC UTILITY INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE.
