Under the reorganization of the USDA, the FCIC should continue its efforts to identify and reduct unnecessary information collection burd associated with the FCIC program. The FCIC program staff and paperwor clearance staff should work together to evaluate FCIC's current and future information needs. In resubmitting this information collection request, FCIC must identify (1) specific burden reductions, (2) uses i information from other sources, and (3) consolidation of collection methods.
