Abstract: THROUGH THE SERVICE SITES APPLICATION THE AMERICORPS LEADERS PROGRAM WILL SELECT SERVICE SITES BASED ON CRITERIA OUTLINED IN SECTION 138(E) OF THE NATIONAL AND COMMUNITY SERVICE ACT OF 1990 (AS AMENDED). THE AMERICORPS LEADERS PROGRAM WOULD LIKE TO ENSURE SERVICE SITES PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEADERS NOT OTHERWISE OFFERED TO OTHER PARTICIPANTS (AMERICORPS) AND REFLECT THE DIVERSITY OF AMERICORPS PROGRAMS.
