Abstract: THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN A TRANSPORTATION COMPANY AND THE UNITED STATES IS NEEDED TO ASSURE THE UNITED STATES THAT THE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY WILL REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ALIENS THAT IT TRANSPORTS TO THE UNITED STATES UNDER THE VISA WAIVER PILOT PROGRAM (8 U.S.C. 1187).
