Abstract: THIS SUBMISSION REQUESTS INCORPORATION OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROPOSED RULE, NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM AND SCHOOL BREAKFAST PROGRAM: NUTRITION OBJECTIVES FOR SCHOOL MEALS, TO INCLUDE THE DIETAR GUIDELINES FOR AMERICANS AND NUTRIENT STANDARD MENU PLANNING AND TO ELIMINATE THE REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF RECORDS TO DEMONSTRATE NONPROFITABILITY.
