Approval is conditional on the absence of legislative changes to the Davis-Bacon Act and related lawsthat would reduce these largely unnecessary reporting burdens. Should such legislative changes be enacted, DOL shall resubmit this form to implement those changes. The revised submission shall identify appropriate alternatives for implementing statutory changes in the least burdensome manner possible with a justification for the alternative chosen.
