Abstract: PBGC NEEDS INFORMATION ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE IT GIVES TO PARTICIPANTS IN PBGC-TRUSTEED PENSION PLANS. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO ASSESS THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF ITS PROGRAMS AND TO DESIGN ACTIONS TO ADDRESS IDENTIFIED PROBLEMS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS 36 PARTICIPANTS OUT OF 325,000 PARTICIPANTS IN PBGC-TRUSTEED PENSION PLANS.
