Abstract: THE FORM IS NEEDED TO IMPLEMENT NATIONAL FOREST SKI AREA PERMIT ACT OF 1986. THE PERMIT PLACES OBLIGATIONS ON THE PERMIT HOLDER NECESSARY TO MEET THIS ACT AND OTHER ACTS REGARDING THE MANAGEMENT OF NATIONAL FORE SYSTEM LANDS THAT REQUIRES COLLECTION OF INFORMATION AND MANAGEMENT AN OPERATING PLANS.
