THIS REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR DEBT SETTLEMENT OF WATER AND WASTE DISPOSAL SYSTEM LOANS, COMMUNITY FACILIT LOANS, ASSOCIATION RECREATION LOANS, WASTERSHED LOANS AND ADVANCES, AN RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT LOANS.
