CURRENT INFORMATION HAS NOT BEEN AVAILABLE SINCE 1980. MOREOVER, THESE DATA, WHEN COUPLED WITH TRANSPORTATION RATES, DETERMINE "AVERAGE WAREHOUSE LOCATION" FOR COTTO LOAN RATE CALCULATIONS REQUIRED UNDER CURRENT FARM LEGISLATION.
