Abstract: APPLICATION FORMS ARE USED BY HOMEOWNERS, TENANTS, AND BUSINESS OWNERS TO OBTAIN AFFORDABLE CRIME INSURANCE UNDER THE FEDERALLY SUBSIDIZED FEDERAL CRIME INSURANCE PROGRAM. INSURERS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT PROOF OF LOSS OF FORMS TO BE PAID FOR FINANCIAL LOSSES FROM BURGLARY AND ROBBERY AGAINST THEIR POLICY.
