THIS PROJECT WILL INVOLVE ASSESSING THE PROBLEMS THAT EMS DEPARTMENTS (I.E. FIRE DEPARTMENT, AMBULANCE SQUADS, ETC.) AS WELL AS THE VARIOUS STATE EMS DIRECTORS HAVE WITH REGARDS TO RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION OF EMS PERSONNEL AND WHAT EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED IN SOLVING THEIR EMS RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION PROBLEMS.
