Abstract: THESE PAPERWORK BURDENS ARE THE RESULT OF STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS RESULTING FROM TITLE III OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT 1992. THIS ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT ON OWNERS PROCEEDING THROUGH THE PRESERVATION PROCESS GIVES RESIDENTS MORE INFORMATION ON THE STATUS OF THE PROJECTS IN WHICH THEY RESIDE.
