UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, REPORTS ARE REQUIRED OF UNION OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYERS, LABOR CONSULTANTS, AND SURETY COMPANIES. FILERS ARE REQUIR TO RETAIN SUPPORTING RECORDS 5 YEARS. UNIONS ARE REQUIRED TO RETAIN ELECTION RECORDS 1 YEAR.
