DOL has agreed to submit the program improvement plan for OMB review prior to publication in the Federal Register as an addendum to to this clearance package. In addition, prior to the next clearance request, DOL shall develop a plan for systematic use of the data received from States for purposes of technical assistance, program management, and program/policy improvement at the State and Federal level. DOL shall provide this plan to OMB before or as part of the next clearance request.
