Abstract: THIS REGULATION IS BEING REVISED TO REFLECT CHANGES FROM THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SECTION 18 OF THE AGRICULTURE CREDIT IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1992. THE REGULATION IS ALSO BEING REVISED TO REFLECT CHANGES IN T FOOD, AGRICULTURE, CONSERVATION, AND TRADE ACT OF 1990, WHICH REQUIRES FMHA TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL TRAINING IN FINANCIAL AND FARM MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS ASSOCIATED WITH COMMERCIAL
