Abstract: THIS SURVEY PILOT TESTS AN INSTRUMENT COLLECTING INFORMATION ON HEALTH PLAN AVAILABILITY, PLAN FEATURES, AND FIRM AND WORKER CHARACTERISTICS. WE WILL SURVEY 160 FIRMS STRATIFIED BY EIGHT SIZE CATEGORIES AND FIVE INDUSTRY GROUPINGS AND WILL TEST THE SURVEY INSTRUMENT AND THE FEASIBILITY OF ACHIEVING A HIGH RESPONSE RATE.
