THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) SHALL RANDOMLY TELEPHON SURVEY THE RESIDENTS WITHIN THE EMERGENCY PLANNING ZONE (EPZ) OF TWO NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS AS STIPULATED IN APPENDIX 3 OF NUREG-0654/FEMA- REP-1, REV. 1, FROM AN APPROXIMATE SAMPLE OF 2500 HOUSEHOLDS. BETWEEN 250 AND 385 RESIDENCES WILL VOLUNTARILY BE SURVEYED FOLLOWING THE ATTACHED STANDARDIZED QUESTIONNAIRE.
