Abstract: THE PROPOSED COLLECTION OF INFORMATION FROM VOLUNTEER SWORDFISH VESSEL OWNERS, DEALERS, AND SECOND HARVEST FOOD BANK REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE USED TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH A PILOT PROGRAM. THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ALLOW DONATION OF FISH THAT WOULD OTHERWISE BE DISCARDED A TO COLLECT INFORMATION NEEDED TO IMPROVE SWORDFISH STOCK ASSESSMENT.
