Abstract: THE DOCUMENTATION WOULD BE PROVIDED BY FEDERALLY INSPECTED CALF SLAUGHTER ESTABLISHMENTS TO INPLANT FSIS INSPECTION PERSONNEL. INSPECTORS WOULD USE THE DOCUMENTATION AS AN AID IN DETERMINING WHETHE AN ANIMAL OR ANIMAL CARCASS PRESENTED FOR INSPECTION IS THAT OF AN ADULT BOVINE ANIMAL OR ANIMAL CARCASS OF A CALF OR CALF CARCASS.
