Abstract: BORROWERS REQUESTS FOR CHANGES IN LOAN TERMS, ETC., MUST BE JUSTIFIED. THIS REQUIREMENT ESTABLISHES A FAIRLY STANDARD BASIS FOR JUSTIFICATION SO THAT RELATIVELY UNIFORM TREATMENTS OF CITIZENS RESULTS. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ARE REQUIRED OF BUSINESS LENDERS, PRIVATE AND FEDERAL, WHIC FITS IN WITH BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS IN THAT THE SAME INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FOR REPORTING TO IRS AND THE TRADE.
