Approved as amended by NSF'f memoranda to OMB of 11/24/93 and 11/29/93 In addition, NSF has agreed to provide OMB with information on average reviewer response rates for each program's grant competitions, to identify the extent to which applicant-produced copies of grant applications go unreviewed. NSF shall continue to take measures to increase this rate and reduce the number of required applicant copies. Last, NSF has agreed to develop an approporiate definition of "disability" for use across all programs.
