Abstract: THROUGH INTERVIEWS WITH STATE EMPLOYMENT SECURITY AGENCY STAFF, THE "U DATA BASE SURVEY" WILL DESCRIBE THE DEVELOPMENT OF UI STATISTICS, DETERMINE ADHERENCE TO STANDARD LABOR FORCE CONCEPTS, AND IDENTIFY PROBLEMS WITH THE DATA AND ITS DEVELOPMENT.
