TITLE XI OF THE ENERGY POLICY ACT AMENDS THE ATOMIC ENERGY ACT OF 1954 TO CREATE A FUND TO BE USED FOR DECOMMISSIONING AND DECONTAMINATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY'S GASEOUS DIFFUSION URANIUM ENRICHMENT FACILITIES.
